I am originally from the United States, but moved to Canberra to research solar forecasting here at the ANU. I have always loved the weather, so researching meteorology was a natural fit for me. In addition to my PhD work, I enjoy teaching/demonstrating in the Climatology, Weather and Earth Sciences classes within the Fenner School. I moved here with my wife Teddi and dog Tilly and we are sincerely enjoying our time in Australia!
