On-ground river discharge observations and satellite altimetry data provide valuable information on river flows, but assimilation is complicated by their local nature. This project will develop methods to constrain spatial runoff predictions with these localised measurements.

Candidates should have some experience with scripting languages and programming. A scholarship may be available.
