Manual pages for command-line programs and file formats

The following manual pages describe how to run the ANUCLIM back end programs from a command line prompt. You should read these if you are trying to run anuclim on a computer with no window system, or if you are writing shell scripts to run the programs in a non-interactive fashion. See Running the programs from a command file for more information.

biomap - filter bioclimatic parameters through species profile
esoclim - estimate mean monthly climate
groclim - calculate plant growth parameter
