The 2024 Fenner School Photography Competition is open for submissions. If you’ve been involved with The Fenner School in 2024 as a student, academic, professional staff member or affiliate, and you’ve captured a moment you’d like to share with us that speaks to this year’s theme, send it in!
Photos will be exhibited at the End of Year Picnic (December 11th), and they will also be displayed with full credits on The Fenner School social media accounts, newsletter, and event promotion images, over 2024 and 2025. You are welcome to elect to not have your photo featured via Fenner media platforms.

However this theme speaks to you, we want to see it, and welcome your story.
Submissions Guidelines:
Photos must be of a high resolution. You can find out more about how to do this here.
Photos need to be attached to an email to fses.communications@anu.edu.au
Include in the body of your email:
- your name;
- your staff/student number;
- a short bio about you and your role at The Fenner School, and;
- maximum 150 words per photo, about each entry.You may enter a maximum of two photos into the competition.
If you do not want your photos featured on Fenner social media, please say so in your email.
Deadline for submissions is Thursday 11pm AEST, December 5, 2023.
People’s Choice nominations will be online, and will happen on the day of the End of Year Picnic (December 11th). Only staff and students with ANU numbers will be able to vote.
