About
I completed my undergraduate degree at Charles Sturt University, majoring in Ecosystem Management and graduating with first class Honours in 2001. My thesis focused on using artificial refuges to understand the distribution and habitat preferences of grassland vertebrates in Terrick Terrick National Park. I completed my PhD at ANU in 2010. My thesis focused on quantifying the ecological values of granite outcrops in agricultural landscapes.
Commencing in 2001, I am employed as a Senior Research Officer at the Fenner School of Environment and Society at ANU, where I manage the Western Murray Woodland Intervention Program and conduct landscape-scale ecological studies.
