About

A variety of projects that can explore the genetics; growth and survival; or management of a wide range of rare and endangered tree species (including Wollemi Pine).

The Arboretum can also be used as a case study to examine the way people use a new open space, or the way birds, frogs or other species re-invade a disturbed site.

The Arboretum already has considerable Citizen Science involvement and extensive databases of tree measurements and (non-tree) species observations.
