ONE BASIN CRC PhD program
The One Basin CRC is offering 12 new PhD opportunities across a range of disciplines and a generous stipend and support package that can be tailored to different circumstances.

You would receive training from internationally renowned experts whilst working with industry partners in the iconic Murray–Darling Basin on real-world problems.
About the ONE BASIN CRC
The One Basin CRC is a unique partnership between researchers, industry, governments, local communities and First Nations peoples in the Murray–Darling Basin. With a ten-year remit, our goal is to ensure that Australia’s irrigation regions are the most sustainable, productive and resilient in the world.
With PhD opportunities at the Australian National University, the University of Adelaide, Charles Sturt University, Flinders University, the University of Sydney and the University of Melbourne, the CRC offers a rigorous, scientific perspective on complex challenges.
Our collaborative approach sees researchers working alongside industry and primary producers to develop practical, yet innovative solutions which will increase the value from water in a changing world.
