About the ONE BASIN CRC

The One Basin CRC is a unique partnership between researchers, industry, governments, local communities and First Nations peoples in the Murray–Darling Basin. With a ten-year remit, our goal is to ensure that Australia’s irrigation regions are the most sustainable, productive and resilient in the world.

With PhD opportunities at the Australian National University, the University of Adelaide, Charles Sturt University, Flinders University, the University of Sydney and the University of Melbourne, the CRC offers a rigorous, scientific perspective on complex challenges.

Our collaborative approach sees researchers working alongside industry and primary producers to develop practical, yet innovative solutions which will increase the value from water in a changing world.
